Go Beyond Awards: Every year our top performers from across the business enjoy a luxury overseas trip to either the mountains for a ski trip or a tropical island for ultimate relaxation. Our recent destinations include Thailand and Vietnam, and for 2019 we're heading to Okinawa in Japan!

Incentives: We believe that success should be rewarded. Beyond our commission scheme, whether it's for sales or service, we make sure that results and dedication are recognized with incentives like luxury dine-out experiences or team outings.

CSR: We're passionate about giving back to our society. We've raised funds as a team through the Morgan McKinley Million challenge in all sorts of ways: volunteering at Heart 2 Heart Children's Hospital, JPMC and Colour runs, bake sales, tree planting, Rural School Dream-Wish donation and many more!
