Join Our HR Recruitment Team
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our HR Recruitment team in Dublin. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top HR professionals for contracting positions, leveraging an established client network with immediate opportunities to drive impact.

Your Role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Sourcing high-caliber HR candidates through advertising, search, and networking.
  • Conducting candidate interviews, selection, and assessment.
  • Driving business development with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Developing deep expertise in the HR sector, staying up to date with market trends.
  • Preparing candidates and clients for interviews to ensure the best match.
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating our recruitment database.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong business development experience 
  • HR recruitment experience is desirable 
  • Proven track record in a 360° agency recruitment role 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
