Senior Consultant - Life Science

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve team goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and guidance.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of previous recruitment experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices
• Proven experience of working in a 360 Recruitment role
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
• Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
• Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have to be based in Japan
