Morgan McKinley is looking for a Client Services Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Solutions team, based in Toronto.  This is an exciting opportunity for an agency Recruiter whose strengths are are building on existing client relationships in addition to sourcing top talent.  Ideally we’re also looking for someone who can speak Spanish and/or Portuguese fluently.

The role 

  • Manage a tight end to end recruitment process
  • Know your candidates skills, talents, motivations and aspirations through thorough and thoughtful interviewing
  • Monitor progress against agreed parameters, proactively taking steps to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Manage the offer process and touchpoints with hiring managers / talent partners (review background and reference information checks if relevant)
  • Ensure successful onboarding into your client’s organisation staying in touch regularly to ensure the placement is mutually rewarding for all
  • Become a sourcing ninja to uncover and engage the  “ best in market” talent
  • Use a range of channels to connect with talent communities to maintain up to date talent pools (ie phone, email, linkedin, social media)
  • Regular use and updating of client’s ATS to ensure records are complete & up to date. 
  • Ensure compliance is always front and centre and a key measure of your success.
  • Support your Manager  to facilitate the accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities and performance against SLA’s to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing exceptional service in line with SLAs
  • Ensure our  client  loves us by adding value to the recruitment process - defining expectations and deliverables and exceeding them
  • Be a trusted recruitment partner and a seamless extension of the client’s organisation by having a deep understanding of their business,  EVP and their culture
  • Have a customer first mindset and be a subject matter expert on our client’s processes
  • Go Beyond for our customer, providing excellent customer service, addressing client and candidates inquiries/ concerns promptly.


What we are looking for 

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in the commercial /technical space coming from an RPO/Agency/In-house background.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced client facing delivery environment
  • Exceptional technical recruiter with strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practice
  • Strong communicator  with excellent influencing  and interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record delivering in fast paced environments where speed to market is critical
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Adaptable and flexible in your approach - always with a “Client first” mentality. 
  • Flexibility to travel to Client site if and when required
  • Fluency in English along with either Spanish or Portugese.
