Morgan McKinley is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Tech team in our Toronto office.

The Role

• Take ownership of your own 360 desk 
• Use our well established database of candidates and your personal network to attract an exceptional candidate pool for clients
• Build on existing and new business relationships with key clients in your target market
• Develop expert knowledge of the specialist sector you recruit in
• Support candidate in interview preparation 
• Ensure all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
• Attend networking events, meet with clients and candidates both virtually and face to face 
• Keep abreast of new developments in your sector 

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years 360 Tech recruitment experience
• Proven experience of working in a 360 Recruitment role 
• Strong communication, sales and organisation skills 
• Outstanding ability to influence with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Professional/self-motivated attitude 
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious nature
