About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented operations support specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting daily operational activities, ensuring process efficiency, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining systems, processes, and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and analyze operational data.
  • Prepare reports and document operational processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform data entry, quality checks, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Support project teams with administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an operational or support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Notes 
Gross salary: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Initially, it shall be morning (8am to 4pm). As per business requirements, it could be changed to Evening shift (4pm to 12 midnight) or Early morning (5am to 1pm)  
Employment type: Temporary (12-months contract)
Location : Shalimar Road Mahe ; Kannur
