Qualifications

Job Summary:
The Tech Recruiter - Staff Augmentation will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding
top-tier IT professionals for temporary or project-based assignments within the banking sector. This
role demands a specialized understanding of both IT and banking industries, ensuring the swift and
efficient placement of highly skilled candidates to meet the dynamic staffing needs of our clients. Role
emphasizes the need for speed and efficiency. 

 Key Responsibilities
 1.Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: 
 Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals for short-term,
contract, and project-based roles in banking technology. Utilise various sourcing methods including
job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a strong talent pipeline.
Leverage industry-specific candidate networks to identify potential candidates quickly.

 2.Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for staff augmentation roles. Perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, technical knowledge, and alignment with project requirements. Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests to validate
candidates expertise. 

3. Talent Pipeline Management: 
 Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for immediate and future staff augmentation
needs. Build long-term relationships with potential candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent
for temporary and project-based assignments. Promote the company as an employer of choice within
the IT and banking sectors, particularly for short-term and project-based
