Clients, Candidates & External Partnerships

Client/candidate events like our Digital Transformation breakfast
Celebrating our top NPS performer (the person receiving the best client and candidate feedback) from each quarter
Contractor collective drinks, including our doubly festive Christmas in July drinks and Christmas (in December) drinks, to celebrate and thank our Contractors for all their hard work
University partnerships, for example the Macquarie event that we ran in conjunction with the Business Society.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Wellbeing

Our Corporate Social Responsibility program and ongoing commitment to the MMK Million, our goal to raise 1 million euros globally for our nominated charities; activities in 2018 included a tag-team static bike ride covering the distance from Sydney to Cairns, and volunteering days including wrapping Christmas gifts for St Vinnies
Our ongoing commitment to wellbeing including sessions from our in-house qualified nutritionist, and Wellbeing Week with a program that covered everything from meditation to healthy breakfasts and more
Sports events, like rock climbing and the JPMC run.

Rewards

Team lunches & activities - some spots you might have spotted our teams at in 2018 include Catalina, Bennelong and Bar Reggio, or trying their hand at axe throwing!
Platinum lunches, including delicious outings to Bathers’ Pavillion and Cafe Sydney
A wine-filled trip to the Hunter to celebrate yet another Contractor milestone
Our annual overseas ‘Go Beyond’ trip to Queenstown, NZ - this year we’ll be off to Bali!

Our People

Welcome lunches for all our new starters
Our whole-business End of Quarter celebrations, including a some healthy competition over a round of crazy golf at Holey Moley
MMK work anniversaries, both individual as well as the business’s 30 Year Anniversary in 2018
Birthdays each month, celebrated with cake (of course!) and singing
A visit from our very own Santas for our internal gift exchange, followed by our Christmas party down at Woolloomooloo
