It’s the time of year where we take stock and reflect on key milestones of 2014, using these successes to look ahead to the New Year.

 2014 was an outstanding year for the Morgan McKinley offices in Asia Pacific. The key highlights were: 

Hong Kong: Further developed contracting teams for specific disciplines, including IT and Business Support. Hong Kong also had their highest performance ever with placement revenues.

Shanghai: Team efficiency grew significantly as the office welcomed 11 targeted hires to the through their Talent Acquisition plan. The team also celebrated their highest month ever in Net Fee Income in September.

Singapore: The leadership team grew as a result of internal promotions and external hires. The office significantly improved their business output from the previous calendar year.

Sydney: The Sydney team welcomed 14 new targeted hires into the business in 2014, celebrating a year of their highest placement revenue yet. The team has also and been recognised by clients to be market leaders in consistently finding top female talent to fill key leadership roles.

Tokyo: Celebrated their 10 year anniversary as an ever growing business. 15 hires were made through our talent acquisition team, leading to a stellar performance of exceeding business targets for 2014.

• We launched the APAC Employment Monitor in Q3, 2014 due to the success this tool has had in both our London and Ireland businesses.
• Our APAC offices welcomed 89 targeted hires into the business through our Talent Acquisition team.
• Both our Hong Kong and Tokyo offices won their regional Recruitment International Award as the leading Banking and Financial Services recruiter.
• Our Career Ally programme resulted in us winning the Candidate Care Programme of the year at the Recruitment International Awards in Australia.
• Our Singapore Office won best In-house Training for a Recruitment Consultancy.

 

So...What is ahead for us in 2015?

In 2015 we want to see growth in every office in APAC as we continually strive as recruitment specialists to be innovative and exceed expectations for both our clients and our professionals.
