Strong Individual - You also need to be driven, motivated and possess a positive can-do attitude. You need to be able to work within a team environment as there are deadlines and targets to be met. It's not just a case of having conversations with people. You have to be both likeable and tenacious.

Organised – Organisation, time management and prioritisation skills are key as you will be working with multiple roles, clients and candidates at the same time.

Recruitment is a competitive, busy and target orientated working environment but is a very rewarding job. I changed from working in accountancy to recruitment and I really enjoy the fast paced and people orientated nature of the job. I really take pride in helping professionals follow their desired career path and their satisfaction really motivates me to do a good job for both client and candidate.
