We support non-experienced individuals with an on-boarding 'iGo Beyond' bootcamp which is run over 6 weeks when you first join; this is an interactive programme covering all aspects of recruitment, with the opportunity to meet and learn from colleagues at all levels as each session is run by different members of our leadership team, including our COO. Continuing forwards, we offer great development opportunities for all stages in your career, including our management development programme which can help you develop into a managerial position or beyond. Another initiative is our Women in Leadership campaign which focusses on helping women achieve their career goals, creating a diverse culture within the business. Our brilliant training has resulted in Morgan McKinley winning the award for Best L&D Organisation at the Irish Institute of Training and Development Awards.
