After all, recruitment isn’t just about recruiting, it’s about networking, relationship building and of course, lunching.

Around the globe the subject of ‘Change’ has certainly been a very hot topic. Working with clients from Wealth Management to FMCG, Banking to Technology, we recognise that any amount of change in a business can have a huge impact. Being one of the busiest cities in the world, it’s not surprising to hear that even grabbing a bite for lunch can be tricky, let alone finding the time to find out how other companies are managing change.

So, we thought, why not combine the two?

On the 14^th November, our Sydney office hosted a hugely successful Projects and Change Management lunch for our clients. With freshly made lunches and refreshments, we were joined by David Tarbotton and James Bawtree. David Tarbotton is a highly regarded Master Black Belt who has also trained Executive Sponsors and Project Mangers across multiple industries including wealth management, FMCG, and telco. James Bawtree delivers valued transformation advice connecting strategy with program delivery. James has worked with a range of industries including banking, infrastructure, and utilities to name but a few.

The lunch provided a platform, not just to eat, but for Project and Change Managers to come together and learn from like minded professionals and industry leaders on the difficulties of managing change and productivity initiatives in a difficult market. It was a great opportunity to learn from each other as well as to share experiences as well as get some top tips.
