The international well-known recruitment platform, Recruitment International (RI), was celebrating the RI Asia Awards across China at the Zhongyou Sunshine Hotel in Shanghai last Sunday 19th May.

Recruitment International provides comprehensive insight and collaboration for the recruitment industry. These award ceremonies have been successfully held for the last 16 years, covering the UK, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and many other regions. During the past 2 months, an independent panel of industry experts selected 40 enterprises from a strong group of award entries into the final. The panel of judges consisted of HR Directors and senior industry experts from Alibaba Group, Shimao Group, Volvo, Forte Group, Ferragamo,  Anxin Trust, Yixin Securities, Pearson Group amongst many others. They strictly assess and decide the finalists based on ten dimensions such as revenue, team, brand, client, model, customer feedback, etc.

Through comparative analysis and objective scoring, judges strongly recommended Morgan McKinley to be the best international recruitment firm, commenting “Morgan McKinley in China has developed incredibly fast. Although its company scale and client range are not the biggest, it is actually entering a rapid development stage, particularly concerning its business performance. In the meantime, they have also earned strong recognition from both clients and candidates.”
