Morgan McKinley wins Medium Recruitment Agency of the Year at the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards 2015
We were delighted to be recognised as the "Best Medium Recruitment Agency of the Year" announced at the prestigious SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards held last Thursday at the Peninsula C Central Pier in Melbourne.
We were particularly proud of this award as it recognised our ongoing commitment to delivering excellence to our candidates & clients. We have worked hard to ensure we continue to innovate and adapt our business to add value to our customers and ensure Morgan McKinley is a great place to work for our people. This has allowed us to achieve impressive year on year growth and made 2015 our best year yet.
Our submission was reviewed by an independent panel of judges who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from the Recruitment and Consulting sector and included:
- Steve Granland, CEO at RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association)
- Julie Mills, CEO at ITCRA (Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association)
- Debra Eckesley, Managing Partner - Human Capital at PwC
- Ben Lawrence, Chief Human Resources Officer at Wesfarmers
It was a humbling experience to receive this award as we had some tough competition from our fellow finalists on the night.
Vanessa Harding-Farrenberg and I started the business in Australia back in 2007 and are extremely proud of what we have achieved over the last 8.5 years. We couldn't have done it without our amazing team many of whom have been with us from the start.
As we continue to look at new ways to go above & beyond in our industry we are looking forward to what 2016 has in store, watch this space ...
