JOS and CareER workshop in Hong Kong

On Saturday 30th July, Morgan McKinley Hong Kong held a workshop session for a group of students in partnership with Jardine One Solution (JOS) and CareER.

CareER is a charity we are partnering with for the next 2 years, to help graduates with special needs find careers in Hong Kong through preparing them for job interview and providing career advice.

JOS is a leading IT product and service provider that provided their conference room to host the workshop with CareER.

On the day, Reina Cheng, Managing Director, and 3 of our consultants split into groups and were personally coaching 3 students each. Along with the consultants from CareER, we covered job search, interview and CV preparation to give every student the best chance for their future career.

We will be organising these workshop sessions regularly with small groups of our consultants, as the students found it very helpful and were grateful for the advice.

This session demonstrated how all people can have equal opportunities and find value within their society. This was a great MMK Million initiative and hopefully this will help the graduates attain their full potential and have the career they wish for.
