There’s a whole world of social media sites out there on the World Wide Web.

For every hobby, craze and general interest, there’s most definitely a site for it, and at Morgan McKinley we are not one who likes to be left behind.

With profiles on twitter and Facebook, groups and pages on Weibo and Linkedin as well as photos on Flickr, we decided that that wasn’t enough. So, we’ve now joined Pinterest!

Recruitment isn’t what it used to be 10 years ago, let alone 20, and as technology has changed, so has recruitment. Long ago are the days when you would post ads in newspapers and mobiles were few and far between. Nowadays, we can apply for jobs at a moments notice and get all the tips we need at a touch of a button. But sometimes, just a lengthy pages of text can get a bit boring.

Interview tips, CV writing ‘how-to’s’ and market information is no longer an A4 piece of paper with hundreds of words crammed into it. It’s now in the form of infographics, picture quotes and photos. Getting to know your future colleagues and finding out what it’s really like to work at a particular company couldn’t be easier.
