It’s awards season, and no I am not talking about Leo finally getting his Oscar!
On the back of a great week for Morgan McKinley, having come 5th in Great Places to Work Awards, we were proud winners of the Irish Institute of Training and Development Awards on Friday night for Best L&D Organisation (Medium sized).
The Irish Institute of Training & Development is a non-profit professional body founded in 1969 and represents human resource training and development in Ireland. This is the 18th year for the awards and it is recognised as the leading L&D event for the industry.
The event was held in Kilashee House Hotel in Naas and with over 500 in attendance we were in great company with a number of large multinationals such as Kerry Group and Ebay also winning! We were also very honoured to have none other than Marty Whelan MC’ing the event who was happy to step away from his dinner for some photos.
Our success at these awards is a testament to the level of training we offer to our staff members at all levels; from the intensive bootcamp training for the new joiners up to the Senior Leadership training for our Board members and everything in between. Morgan McKinley has always had a strong training culture and it is very much owned by the entire business, not only L&D. We are committed to developing our staff’s potential and empowering them to be the best they can be.
