IT Security Breakfast Seminar, Singapore

No longer do we need to go to the bank to check our balance or keep the creased and barely readable A-Z of UK roadmaps, we can do it all with a click of a button. With new products launching daily, technology is changing and evolving every minute, and with it brings new security challenges. It’s not just individuals that have to worry, corporations of every size have to be aware and protect themselves from data leaks and hackers.

Every company, big and small, knows the implications of not having a secure and up to date IT security software. Having IT security is not just something you install once, it’s something that has to change and evolve everyday. It’s this that makes it an ongoing issue.

In response to these issues, our IT recruitment team in Singapore decided to hold an IT Security Breakfast Seminar for our clients across a range of industries. Joined by guest speaker, Marin Ivezic, Director of Security and IT Risk Services at Accenture, our clients enjoyed a luxurious breakfast whilst taking in the mornings presentation.

The presentation covered a multitude of topics including the evolution of cyber threats, big data, motivation and organisation of cyber crime gangs as well as latest threats for Financial Services institutions in Singapore to name but a few.
