It has been an exciting and eventful week here in Morgan McKinley with the launch of our new Senior Consultant Development Programme.

It has been an exciting and eventful week here in Morgan McKinley with the launch of our new Senior Consultant Development Programme. An Afternoon Tea was held in our Dublin and Cork offices to welcome our talented consultants to the programme. These delegates come with a wealth of experience and tenure in our business. 

Working closely with the Irish Leadership team, our L&D experts have developed a first class training programme which is tailored to the learner. These Masterclasses have been selected to fit the development requirements of this consultant group and include The Resilient Performer, Mentoring & Coaching and Influential Communication. We are privileged to have a mix of external and internal experts running these sessions including Ireland’s COO Karen O’Flaherty.

We believe one size does not fit all! We fully engage with individuals prior to commencing a programme, as well as pre and post Masterclasses, to ensure we understand their challenges and how they can maximise their learning experience. We track their feedback, progress and achievements so we have the opportunity to reflect on their successes, and ensure ongoing personal development goals are aligned to business objectives.
