How do we differ from other recruitment firms?

Of all of the questions that come up when I discuss Morgan McKinley, I think I love to answer this one the best - “Why is Morgan McKinley different from other recruitment firms?” Granted, any good recruiter should be able to field this one, but for me I have a deep sense of pride in being part of my team, because our goals are vastly different from other recruitment agencies in Tokyo.

In our IT team, our management philosophy is “empower to serve, to specialize, and to lead.” We do this by creating a place where you can have ownership over an industry / discipline and truly master it.
We emphasize quality of service. Particularly in Japan, we focus on long-term relationships and providing events and expertise that go beyond job seeking, such as our career partner program. We use the net promoter score (as evaluated by job seekers) as a way to improve. If you have experience as a recruiter, I’m sure you can see how much our clients love this.
We truly consult - and have relationships that revolve around fulfilling employment needs. For job seekers finding a great career over the long-term. For clients we help them build a team that will beat the competition. We consider many of the people who we meet to be great friends and business partners.
