Career opportunities and progression
Normally, new joiners to the industry will start their career in a Researcher or Associate Consultant role. The main responsibilities are sourcing, screening and identifying the right candidates for roles being worked on by their team.

Promotion from here will land you in a Recruitment Consultant position where the aim is to manage both the candidate side and client side of the recruitment process. The main difference is the task of business development - building positive relationships with clients and searching for leads to expand your business portfolio. 

The next step in the career pathway is Senior Recruitment Consultant, followed by Team Lead or Manager. Here the focus shifts more towards team building, training new joiners, and supporting people’s individual development.
