Our non-exec Director, Stewart Rogers, completes his pledge of climbing to the top of the Scottish mountain Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles at 1,345 metres above sea level.
For stage 1, Stewart endured a 70k hill climb... followed by an additional 11k hike to end up in Fort Augustus. Exhausted but in good spirits, the group managed to enjoy a drink to celebrate the completion of the first day.
Stage 2 - Ben Nevis. Scotland provided a wonderful summer's day ... of rain, rain and more rain so everyone was completely soaked through! Through the 7.5 hours the weather moved from rain to sleet and even hail, reaching a chilly -4 degrees and gale force winds. At the very top, only one photograph was managed:
Nevertheless, another board challenge is completed, so very well done to Stewart.
